Gung-Ho Joe’s started with a problem no one was solving. Traditional Thai and Chinese comfort food delivers incredible flavor—but it hasn’t evolved with how people want to eat today.

We set out to rebuild it from the ground up.

No seed oils. No refined sugars. No soy. Fully gluten-free. Cooked the right way, with real ingredients and no shortcuts.
